First Robot to earn citizenship globally

The humanoid robot, Sophia, has become the first robot in the world to earn citizenship of a country. Sophia while being unveiled as a citizen of Saudi Arabia was spotted not putting on headscarf or Ayaba, and expressed how 'honored' she was for being granted citizen of Saudi Arabia.

While addressing the audience at a conference in Riyadh, Sophia said, ‘Thank you to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I am very honoured and proud for this unique distinction,’
‘It is historic to be the first robot in the
world to be recognized with citizenship.’

While reacting some evil futuristic portray of robotics by some Nollywood film producers, Sophia threw a swipe at Elon Musk, the CEO of Space X and Telsa for evil portray of robotics especially the movie like Blade Runner 2049, Sophia said, Human being have no reason to Panic. She added 'You’ve been reading too much Elon Musk and watching too many Hollywood movies.’

She said: ‘My artificial intelligence is designed around human values like wisdom, kindness and compassion. ‘I strive to become an empathetic robot.’ However, on the legal right of Sophia as a citizen in Saudi Arabia, this is still fuzzy.
